2. Description of Service

Rubi Professional provides customer relationship management (CRM) software specifically designed for contact centers, including but not limited to:

  • Customer data management and organization
  • Screen pop functionality for incoming calls
  • Integration with contact center platforms (NICE CXone, Five9, etc.)
  • Reporting and analytics tools
  • API access and third-party integrations

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the security of your login credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and current

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Terms

Our services are offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

  • Lite Edition: $89.99/month for up to 20 users
  • Pro Edition: $199.99/month for up to 50 users
  • Enterprise Edition: $399.99/month for up to 200 users

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use our services for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into our services. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, contact information, or other content you store in our system.

7. Service Availability and Support

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

  • Lite Edition: Email support during business hours
  • Pro Edition: Priority email and phone support
  • Enterprise Edition: Dedicated account manager and 24/7 support

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable cause with appropriate notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Our services, including software, documentation, and related materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services during your subscription period.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
